Do I need a consultation before receiving services?
Yes. All services require a consultation with our licensed Nurse Practitioner.
This consultation ensures that each treatment is safe, appropriate, and tailored specifically to your health history, goals, and individual needs.
Are the medications you use safe and regulated?
Absolutely. All medications are prescribed through licensed 503A and/or 503B compounding pharmacies and FDA-registered facilities.
These pharmacies adhere to strict quality, safety, and sterility standards to ensure patient safety and medication integrity.
What is a 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy?
503A pharmacies compound medications for individual patients based on a valid prescription.
503B outsourcing facilities compound medications in larger batches and are subject to FDA oversight and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
We work only with reputable, licensed compounding pharmacies that meet these regulatory requirements.
Are treatments customized for each patient?
Yes. Every treatment plan is personalized based on your consultation, medical history, lab results (if applicable), and wellness goals. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to your care.
Are your services medically supervised?
Yes. As a licensed medical spa, all medical services are overseen by qualified healthcare providers to ensure the highest standards of safety and care.
Who performs the treatments?
Treatments are performed by trained medical professionals or licensed providers, under the supervision of our medical director and Nurse Practitioner, in accordance with state regulations.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Your Nurse Practitioner will review your goals, medical history, and any necessary lab work during your consultation to recommend the most appropriate treatment options for you.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. We follow strict HIPAA guidelines to protect your privacy and ensure all personal and medical information remains secure and confidential.
How do I get started?

Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes. We accept walk-ins daily from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Please note that all services still require a consultation with our Nurse Practitioner prior to treatment. Walk-in availability may vary based on provider scheduling, so wait times may occur.
